I have a warn 9.5 T I winch that will spool in but want spool out with the remote. I have to stop and manually let it out. Anybody have any ideas on what is wrong?

Sounds like the electrical contacts for the "out" direction are dirty or just not making contact.  You can correct this by using a different remote.
