Thanks to some great friends we now have a suzuki samuri  that we are going to make a rock crawler out of. I am looking for sugestions on where to start .

 Axle, Axle, Axle! Then Suspension, then drive terrain. Cage, finally body work after all the cutting and modifying. Hehe!

those suzuki's are so cool when there all done up, my buddy that i go wheelen with has one and he just lifted it and threw some bigger tires on it and it does great in the new england woods def protect the undercarriage more first though.

Wow Augie that sounds great. I heard of this site maybe it will help you out. http://www.zukiworld.com/  I think "Extreme 4X4" on Spike TV just recently did a full build on a samurai. There may be video available.
