doing swap our self  have a 06 2500hd to work from also have full machine and body shop on site  we are looking at doing more conversions in future if this one goes well

Predator motor sports starts at 40K for a base line Duramax and Allison. Would be cheaper to just buy a used 2500 HD and do like White is. Do it your self project. With all the talent at hand and some good food and beer after wards might help.
