Well I just heard that the truck count is now up to 54!!!!  Just from the Ron Carter side.  Keep-em comming!  The more the better!! Doc I will be looking forward in camping next to ya.  The last I heard there will be four other families camping in our group.  I think we only reserved 10 RV spots so that we could keep the majority at the Hotel..  Time is just flying by,  thye event will be here bfore we know it..  And there is alot of things left to do to get ready but we will be ready to have some fun.

Take 59 up to Lufkin, take the TX-287-LOOP West (Thats a left), it Loops around Lufkin to US-69 North,  take a left.

This will take to you Alto. When you pass Alto, it's about 2 miles on your left. Look for White Van with ORV on the side.

i just wanted to thank everyone who showed up for our first trial run for the hummer event.  i think we had a successful weekend and it was especially helpful to have some new eyes and drivers to help evaluate the trails and give input.  if we all keep working together as a team  it will be a great  and fun event.

see everyone again soon.

we hope to get the photos of the purple machine developed and ready for publication.

From what I understand there are about 10 spots reserved for the happening..... Tim and his family and Thomas and I, are camping, I think I heard a few others are camping but not sure who it is........ The last time we were up there for spotter training Thomas put us down for one of the spots so you may want to call and have your name put down for a spot or we could tell them for you Sunday when we go up for another training day, just let me know.
Thomas is going up early Friday to set our stuff up and to beat traffic( I think he is going to try to leave houston around noon)... and I think I heard that Tim is going up early friday or thursday??????????
from what I understood thomas to say, they told him that the spots were split up along the fence line..... half on one side and half on the other..... so you may want to try to get there as early as you can if you want to be by us.

See ya soon!

Hey doc there is no need to call the park. I already have you down as a camper. When you check in just tell them you are with me. Are you going to meat us there or caravan up. Also I need to know how many are comming so I can get a food count.
There is going to be lots of new folks there this time. we have had to cap it at 89 trucks just so we could make things managable.

WOOHOO!  One day to go!!  It looks like we are in for a beautiful weekend.
Those of you who are gonna hang out a while after the door prizes, we are having a
little trick or treat night for the kids.  Bring a small pumpkin (6 -8") for your kids to paint.

Thanks Auggie, ALL of the TGCHOG and Ron Carter
for a great weekend outing, we (Scott & Mari) had a great time.
We finally got to push all of the buttons on the dash to see what the H3 could do.
I've been driving around Clear Lake showing off all the mud I collected and letting
people know Hummers are Bad-Arse off-roader’s.

Thanks to everyone that came up on Thursday to help Tim.  We couldn't have gotten everything done that we needed to do without ya'll!  We had quite a few people helping us that didn't even own Hummers or that were part of the club - "KUDOS" TO YOU!!!!  I agree with Linda, I think the event was a great success!  Thanks again to everyone!!!!!
