I have an 03 hummer w/4inch lift, no way to ask questions to previous owner of what he did. When turning it seems that all the tires are trying to turn (i.e. rips up the grass, and 'binds' on pavement) I've read the manual with no luck. It seems like the inside and ouside tires are turning spinning at the same rate. Is there a way to get it out of this 'locked' mode? how do I tell if previous owner installed some kind of locking kit etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
