CAN A 1998 H1 PULL A 5TH WHEEL RV TRAILOR? TRAILOR GVWR 14200 PLEASE HELP.

Well its the same 6L V8 found in chevy and GMC trucks so you should have enough power.

How is that going to work w/o a bed for the 5th wheel?

Boos2, he's got a H1.

Yes, As long as you dont have a wagon or a slant back. The military has a version for a communications set. It uses a carriage assembly that mounts in the Hummer. The trailer is a tandem axle flatbed that uses the same radial tires as the Hummer. The limiting factor is the loss of the entire cargo area to accommodate the hitch/carriage assembly .

The 1998 trucks are rated to pull 8600 pounds. It will pull more just not very fast.
