I would like to replace the air filter for the HVAC. Any help on how to get to the filter under the dash? I hoping someone has some tricks! Thank you, H2man

Models: 2003-2006 Cadillac Escalade Models 2003-2006 Chevrolet Avalanche, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe 2003-2006 GMC Sierra, Yukon Models 2003-2006 Hummer H2 Recommendation/Instructions: Starting in the 2003 model year, the passenger compartment air filter is no longer available as a factory option. With the redesigned HVAC case, there is no longer a cavity for the filter. The GM parts catalog indicates there is a replacement filter available however there is no provision for it. Justin

Oh Man, I went to the dealer and they gave me a filter! Looks like I'll have to return it! Thanks Guy's! Tim

You just hve to obtain the replacement filter.. buy one at the nearest or online. First, you have to open the "glove compartment" all the way..then remove the screw on the lower right side. Check this for the procedures, wikihow.com/Change-the-Cabin-Air-Filter _____________ Inner Auto Blog
