I just bought an 06 H3 for my wife.  We love the vehicle, but it goes without saying it is underpowered.  I have seen the thread about the PCMforless and am very interested.  If I swap the PCM out with a reprogrammed one, will I possible encounter warranty issues as a result?

Thanks,

Colby

Welcome, Colby.  I believe it would void your warrenty as it relates to the tuning.  But can the dealer notice it?  Not sure.  The tune from PCMforless is well worth it, especially at a group buy price, and there is one currently being put together as hummasta so innocently pointed out. :)  The few things I've done in my sig have helped out a lot.  If I had the money, I would just get a supercharger though.  Might still do that.

I may do the cat back later but I have concerns on intake modification.  My drive is a 1/4 mile long and very dusty in the summer.  If I do any modification it has to be provide good filtration and not require me to really stay on top of it.  I've had K&N filters on other vehicles and I'm not sold them.  I did talk to PCMforless today and have the loaner on the way.  I'm not looking for a hotrod in this H3 but enough power to pull a 18 1/2' sky boat in the hills...hopefully.

Thanks for the help,

Colby

Keep trying, sometimes they take a while.  Have you tried asking around on other sites?
