I'm close to getting my Gobi rack, and I hadn't planned to get lights with it but the place I'm buying from said he can give me a free ladder if I buy some lights.  The options are the Piaa 2100 lights or Delta somethings (I don't remember the model).  The Piaa's are twice the price.  I'm probably going to get the lights, but I'm not sure which ones I should get.  Any opinions?
Thanks

I like the PIAA light better. They seem to last a lot longer then the delta lights

That's what I have heard just from being around this hobby for many years, but I don't have any experience with them.  I've only put lights on once, about 10-15 years ago, they were KC's, and they stunk.  I remember constantly blowing them out.  So, I don't want that kind of a problem again.

Along with what type, I have a question about wiring.  Is the truck pre-wired for the roof lights?  I know Hummer has the stock roof lights, just wondering if the wiring is already there and I can just tap into them at both ends.
Thanks!

Yes you can use the factory wires it saves you from drilling a hole in the firewall. I did not find the wires on mine till after I drilled mine.
