Anyone know where I can get a GM GMS w/ DFC certificate at so I can buy a 2008 H2?

I know Chrysler calls theirs the "Friends and Family" certificate.

I'd like to buy a new H2 this week but, need to find one of those certificates to make the leap more palettable to the wallet.
