The eaton locker works best in our area. It is electronic. ARB offers a air locker that works great. The problem is that we have so much salt in the air and it effects the air locker and wont let it lock up when you need it.
I previously had an Eaton, but it went bye-bye along with the rest of the front diff in a little "incident" i had the ohter day. I'm very dumb, you see.
The RD51 ARB Air Locker is their version of the 19622etc E-locker. In talking with a tech at accuparts, he said the air locker was in a way stronger (inside the diff) than the e-locker, and noted that reliability was good.
So, as the e-lockers are currently in seriously short supply (as in i can't find one) i was thinking about just getting the ARB.

The problem we have with air lockers is the salt corrodes the the switches and they wont make good contact when you go to use it. Then we spend a hour or so on the trail cleaning the unit getting it working again.

I put on my Eaton front locker yesterday on the H2 and cant wait to try it out. I am trying to figure a way to get more traction on the front end . When I try steep inclines where there washouts our steps to climb I seem to slide side ways instead of being able to go over and up. I do realize i am pushing the truck but want to see how far I can push it. I have been running 18 PSI and am going to lower it to 12 and see what that does. If anybody has any ideas let me know.
