Hey whats the best grear size for a 37 inch tire on the H2? Will you have to swap the front and back?

A 4.56 gear would work the best to get you back the power that you lost. With that said I am switching to 4.88 gears because I pull trailers a bunch. It will let me pull more with greater ease and less stress on the truck. The down side is that the fuel consumption goes way up.  You will have to change the front and the rear at the same time.

What's what I thought.. What about the computer adjustment for the gears and tires is that needed as well. I'm the past I used a programmer to adjust.

You will need to reset it. I used hypertech programmer on mine.
